On behalf of a Major Energy Corporation we have available for Private Negotiated Sale a complete Toromont designed and built 320 tpd CO2 plant.

Assets included:

Complete used 320 tpd CO2 plant. 

Includes 2 – Toromont Process 160tpd independent skidded process trains, identical construction. 

Each process train includes 2 Frick CO2 compressors and one Frick C3 refrigeration compressor, oil removal systems, CO2 drier system, all heat exchangers, glycol cooling system, C3 condenser/receiver and support systems to dehydrate and liquify CO2. 

These are all surrounded by an insulated process building with heating, ventilation, lighting and gas detection systems. 

Each train comes with independent skidded motor control center housed in an insulated building with operator control room attached.  Control system is Allen Bradley PLC, plants are fully automated start-up, operating and shutdown sequence. 

Liquid CO2 loading system comes with 4 – 100,800 USG liquid CO2 storage vessels, 3 – skid mounted 300 USGM centrifugal loading pumps, 3 independent metered loading racks, 1 – skid mounted, insulated, heated/ventilated loading building with independent motor control and CO2 analyzer, gas detection system, loading control is fully automated Allen Bradley PLC system. 

All interconnecting piping, electrical, instrumentation and facility/area lighting is included. 

Train 1 was built in 2004 and train 2 built in 2007.
