PRIVATE NEGOTIATED SALE

On behalf of TransAlta, TCL Asset Group Inc., has been hired to sell a dragline, drilling rigs, and other major mining assets located in Western Alberta, Canada. These assets were used in the extraction of coal from one of Canada's largest surface strip coal mines, TransAlta’s Highvale Mine Site. These assets are being sold by Private Negotiations.
