Terrance and his team have traveled throughout Canada, the USA, Mexico and South America working on challenging projects and assignments that others in his industry would pass on.

As a Certified Appraiser, Terrance plays a pivotal role in ensuring that TCL's valuation services exceed industry standards. In fact, he currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers where he works with the other directors to help sculpt the industry and make it better.
Terrance consistently strives to be as involved as he can, to ensure that the work he contributes to his industry is always of the highest quality. That is why he is also involved in other industry leading associations such as the Industrial Auctioneers Association and the Machinery Dealers National Association where he currently is active as a board member. These associations provide input and direction governing the standards of professional practice and ethical conduct of the auction and appraisal profession.
From remote mine sites in the Canadian North to automotive facilities in Mexico, Terrence regularly travels all across the globe, providing his knowledge, insight and guidance to a huge spectrum of industries.

Norman founded TCL (Trans-Canada Liquidations Ltd.) in 1958. As TCL’s commander in chief for over 40 years, Norman developed TCL into one of Canada's premier asset management firms.
Norman is extremely well known throughout the business community and banking sector. His experience, which spans over 60 years, as an auctioneer and negotiator and his depth of knowledge of our industry remain an invaluable resource to the company. Norman co-founded and is the current Chairman of the Machinery Dealers National Association – Canadian Chapter.
Norman also directs TCLs various philanthropic activities. Norman continues to ensure that TCL practices good corporate citizenship and is a positive contributor to our community.

As TCL's CFO, Andrea personally oversees all financial aspects of day-to-day operations, special projects, and business development. With Andrea's expertise in matters such as monitoring expenses, managing tax collection and submissions, and implementing project cost analyses, our clients rest assured knowing that they will always receive reliable, accurate, and precise accounting for their most valued assets. Andrea also handles collection of all sales proceeds and the preparation of the final reconciliations for our clients.
Andrea is responsible for TCL's Real Estate Division, Real Estate Auctions Limited (REAL). She manages the process of all of our Real Estate Auctions, including residential & industrial, and oversees all commercial leasing activity.

As a Project Supervisor, Peter is responsible for overseeing our auction, liquidation, and decommissioning projects. He travels throughout the year to manage and coordinate human resources, OHS compliance, administrative, security, and logistical requirements for each project. Josie Alulio is the Director of Marketing, responsible for managing all advertising and marketing communcations for the auction and liquidation projects of our company. Her job entails conducting market research, identifying target markets, developing strategic marketing and communication plans, purchasing, implementing, managing and monitoring integrated web-based and traditional advertising campaigns.
Josie is highly experienced in her field and has developed close and effective working relationships with key advertising professionals to prioritize ad placement and streamline costs. She is also responsible for meeting marketing objectives and optimizing the marketing budgets for her clients.
As the Project Administrative Manager, Josie plays a crucial role in the development and execution of project proposals. She is responsible for projecting costs, developing budgets, timelines, and goals for all of the company's sales projects.
Prior to joining the TCL team in 2011, Josie spent 15 years working at a Commercial Bank as a Business Account Manager. Her experience working within the financial sector has proven crucial when advising buyers at Auction Sales and with the collection of funds.

With over seven years of experience on the TCL Team, and a family background in the auction and appraisal business for over 30 years, Devra seamlessly integrated into our company, and has proven to be an integral part of our team.
Devra was born and raised in this industry; this means she brings a deep wealth of knowledge of every aspect of her work here. As a certified appraiser, Devra is able to work closely with lawyers, appraisers, landlords, and business owners. Due to her extensive knowledge of the field, Devra truly understands what every person's needs are on every single project - and she knows exactly how to get it done.
As our Senior Site Administrator, Devra handles all the day-to-day activities during the removal portion of an auction sale, including dealing with purchasers, collecting payments, scheduling removal, and ensuring that all health and safety standards are followed onsite. She loves traveling with our team to auction sites throughout Canada and enjoys every aspect of her work.
In addition to her role at TCL Team, Devra is also a registered Ontario Bailiff and continues to provide these services to her long-standing clients. Derek is an expert in remarketing, overseeing the entire project from start to finish, and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service. As one of our Remarketing Agents, Derek brings a unique blend of warmth, empathy, and focused, analytical business acumen to the table. He excels at developing marketing strategies tailored to each client's specific needs, generating leads, negotiating offers, and closing sales, always maximizing returns for our valued customers.

With her attention to detail, organizational skills, and keen communication abilities, Rachele excels at her duties, including handling the administrative functions of the company projects and programs. Her responsibilities include preparing action plans, analyzing risks and opportunities, and gathering necessary resources to ensure the success of each project.
Rachele is also the contact point for all moving parts of a project, making her interpersonal skills an indispensable resource for our clients. Her passion for business combined with her eagerness to work has made her a valuable team player to all of TCL’s ventures.
