Following in his fathers' footsteps, Terrance manages all new dealing with potential clients in the private sector.  He continues to introduce critical improvements into the company increasing productivity and awareness of the services the business provides. He is connected with key dealers and other asset management groups, and has become the point man for all joint partner relations, as well as conducting many of the equipment and machinery appraisals with the other appraisal team members.  

Terrance is a Certified Appraiser of the Association of Machinery and Equipment Appraisers and is a Associate Member with the American Society of Appraisers. As well, Terrance sits on the Industrial Auctioneers Association Board of Directors as Vice President.
