In addition to our regular terms and conditions please note the following:

All visitors to the site will be expected to maintain proper Social Distancing and are required to bring masks which must be worn at all times.

Please DO NOT attend if you are experiencing any symptoms of illness or have been exposed to someone who has or have travelled outside of Canada in the 30 days.

Due to COVID-19 and limited access to the facility, a $35.00 fee will be charged per room on top of invoice for dismantling and bringing all assets to the dock.

All assets must be removed by scheduling an appointment.

Removal Period: Monday May 3, 2021- Friday May 7, 2021. 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday only! 

Removal must be completed by Friday April 9th at 4:00 PM.

Shipping area is dock level. NO TRACTOR TRAILERS ALLOWED; TRUCKS MUST BE NO LARGER THAN 30’FT. BUYERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOADING THEIR OWN TRUCKS.
