Plastic Bottle Blow Molding System: Automatic 4 Cavity Plastic Bottle Blow Molder

• Purchased new in 2018, design capacity of 5000 bottles per hour
• Sytem includes (2) Sets of molds for 350 ml and 500 ml bullet style bottles
• Feed segment features pre-form hopper, pre-form loader and feed conveyor
• Available with (2) industrial chillers, and (3) Hengda high pressure air compressors

Bottle Unscrambler & Filler/Capping System: Automatic Bottle Filling & Unscrambling System

• Purchased new in 2018, design filling capacity of 5000 bottles per hour
• System includes bottle unscrambler with infeed, and airveyor transfer conveyor to filler
• Monobloc style bottle filler with 12 head rotary filling turret and 5 head cap spindle.
• Station supported by bottle cap bin-elevator, cap rinser, reservoir tank and pump set

Laser Marker, Servo Wrap Labeler and Bottle Conveyor

• 2019 Videojet model 3340 laser marking system, style 9.3 um, IP-65, with SCH100D beam expander, laser focusing module, interlock laser switch and blower
• Nita XP100 all servo prism wrap (spin in place) label application system for clear and opaque labels for round bottles and containers
• Bottle accumulating, conveying and buffer loop consisting of 16’ bottle accumulating table from laser marker, buffer table from labeler, and 35’ ft of table top conveyor
