A top end overhaul was performed at 27,000 hours. Valve recession monitored. Pistons’ top and cylinders heads cleaning currently due. Complete engine dismantling recommended for wear conditions assessment, and to set the major overhaul calendar for the fleet. The regular maintenance was always performed as per attached calendar. Always ran with Caterpillar NGEO Advanced 40 oil and Caterpillar NGEC coolant, both on sampling analysis program.
