A top end overhaul was performed at 32,000 hours. Valve recession monitored. Pistons’ top and cylinders heads cleaning currently due. The fuel metering valve (Raptor Valve) has to be replaced. We have the valve, but it is a newer version, and it is not a direct replacement. All the gas piping and related fittings to be ordered. A dealer certified technician will be required to flash the ECM with the latest flash file. The regular maintenance was always performed as per attached calendar. Always ran with Caterpillar NGEO Advanced 40 oil and Caterpillar NGEC coolant, both on sampling analysis program.
